1. About the service
Avatar AI Photo Studio is a digital service by AI Company Lab that creates AI-generated images from photos supplied by users. The current product may operate through Telegram while this website previews a future browser experience.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The service is intended only for images of adults.
3. Your uploads and consent
Upload only your own photos or photos of another adult who has explicitly consented to AI image processing. You confirm that you have all necessary permissions.
4. Prohibited use
Do not upload children, identity documents, intimate content, celebrity or public-figure impersonation, deceptive identity material, unlawful content or photos used without permission.
5. AI output limitations
AI outputs are creative and probabilistic. Exact likeness is not guaranteed. Results depend on the clarity, lighting, angles and consistency of the photos you provide.
6. Purchases and credits
Packages are one-time digital purchases unless stated otherwise. Payment may be provided by Lemon Squeezy or another disclosed merchant of record.
7. Refunds and retries
Standard refunds are not offered after generation starts, including when a user dislikes a valid result. Broken or failed generations may be reviewed for retry credits.
8. Examples and publicity
We will not publicly use source photos or generated results without separate, explicit permission.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular creative outcome. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
