1. Scope

This policy applies to the website, Telegram experience and related support. AI Company Lab is responsible for the processing described here.

2. Information we process

We may process contact details, transaction information, support messages, source photos, generated results and security or technical logs.

3. Why we process it

We use information to deliver and secure the service, create requested images, manage purchases, prevent abuse, answer support and meet legal obligations.

4. Photos and AI processing

Photos and prompts may be sent to contracted infrastructure or AI providers only to create the requested output. Uploading another adult’s photo requires explicit consent.

5. Payments

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. Eligible deletion requests can be made through Support.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in other countries with appropriate safeguards.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of eligible information.

9. Cookies and analytics

This prototype does not require advertising cookies. A production version may use essential storage and privacy-conscious analytics.

10. Contact
