1. Digital generation starts quickly
AI generation consumes processing resources once you confirm and generation begins. Standard refunds are not available after that point except where law requires otherwise.
2. Creative preference is not a failure
A valid result that is not to your taste or differs from your appearance is not a technical failure. Perfect likeness is not guaranteed.
3. What may qualify for review
We may review incomplete generations, blank or corrupted files, materially missing package images or confirmed service errors.
4. Our usual remedy
For confirmed failures, the usual remedy is retry, regeneration or replacement credits. Other remedies may apply when legally required.
5. How to request review
Contact Support with the purchase email, transaction reference, approximate generation time and a short description. Never send sensitive source photos by ordinary email.
6. Duplicate or unauthorised charges
Contact Support promptly if you believe you were charged twice or the purchase was unauthorised.
